Student clubs

A student club is an open organisation of students where students come together and work to host events in the school campus in order to provide an stage for all the students of the school but at the same time for their own learning. In Balaji public school there are many different clubs, all of which are of different areas, which provide all students of school ample opportunities for them to try their mantle on the field of their interest.

Scout and Guide

Balaji Public School is known to be one of the most influential school when it comes to its students taking part in Bharat Scout and Guide. Student unit of our school has always participated in various camps organized in district, division, state and national level. Students are taught selfless and helping behavior through organizing various social care events such as Pyau, Waterpot distribution, cleanliness drives, etc.

Students have achieved Governor award for their participation in Scout and Guide.

2. National Service Scheme (NSS)

We at school have a NSS unit in which students of class 11th and 12th take part. NSS promotes the ideals of selfless service, compassion, and civic duty in its students by organizing various events such as blood donation drive, awareness drives, cleanliness drives. Students have also performed 'Nukkad Natak' in nearby villages to spread awareness against the use of Tobacco.

3. Sports Club

Balaji Public School has a sports club whose main work revolves around creating ample opportunities and a positive environment for the students of the school in the field of sports. The club has organized many events such an open volleyball match for boys for them to show their zeal towards the sports and make them ready for the upcoming competition in the said sport.

4. Dance Club

Dance is a form of art which is very diverse and combines students of age in the same thread. The importance of dance is known to many as it helps in physical, mental and spiritual growth of a student. The dance club at BPS uses all its members to spread the word and make more and more students meet the magic of the art. The clubs does so by organizing fascinating competitions which include dance of various forms showcasing culture of all over the world.

5. Art Club

Art club comprises many art forms such as Mehendi, Rangoli, Drawing, Craft, etc. and for the same reason art club organizes the most number of events in the school. From Mehendi making competion to Diya making competition, Art club got it all. The club focuses on helping the students find their inner interest in any one or more art forms and provides the right condition for that student or help learn and impove their skills.

6. Quiz Club

General knowledge serves as the cornerstone of intellectual development and societal progress. It encompasses a broad spectrum of information spanning various fields such as history, science, literature, current affairs, and culture. It is expected every student to have general knowledge to some degree and for the achievement of this vision, Quiz club encourages the students of the school to take part in the quiz activities and competitions which they organize year long.

7. Photography Club

In the digital age in which we all live in, photography has become so common that from child of 3 to a man to 75, everyone knows how to click a picture. But the art of clicking a perfect picture is much more complex than just taking your phone out and clicking on the capture button. To teach about the art of photography which involves playing with light, exposure, angle and so on, Photography club organizes workshop and competitions.

8. Literary Club

Language is not just a medium of communication but also shows the speaker's character. Using the right language in the correct way plays an integral part in taking a student forward in his life. To ensure the same, Literary club organizes competitions such essay writing, debate, poetry, etc.

Literary club promises to help its students understand and use all languages the right way.

9. Science Club

Considering the technological age the world is at, learning science and its applications has become the cornerstone in a child's intellect. As more and more scientific advancements are being made, students are being required to understand the concepts with a rapid pace. No way is better in understanding science than doing experiments with it. To maintain our students up to speed with current world, science club works tirelessly throughout the year.

10. Music Club

Music is a very intrinsic part in life of many. An art form in its own whose importance lies in physical, mental and spiritual level. Balaji Public School has many students who are either interested in playing music as passion or for fun. But whatever the choice may be, Music club always works to encourage and provide stage to all the interested students by organizing music competitions throughout the year.

The club is also responsible for creating the music band of the school.
